All of our manufacturers have policies in place against internet sales. Please visit the manufacturers website to locate a dealer in your area. If there is a add to cart button for the product(s) you wish to order you can use our shopping cart system and place your order through PayPal using a Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or E-Check. Please note, if you pay with a E-Check it may take up to four days for the check to clear and your order will be shipped upon notification of cleared payment. If there is not a add to cart button the item must ship freight line and usually you will need to call or email us for shipping rates. If you prefer to speak with a real live person feel free to call us toll free at 1-877-260-6022 Monday through Friday 9:00am-5:00pm EST to place a order using a Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. You may also fax your order to 540-639-6156. Shipping InformationIf your order is received before 12 noon EST Monday through Friday it will be shipped the same day unless otherwise specified. Most orders are shipped via UPS and are delivered in 1-4 business days depending on your location. If you live in Alaska, Hawaii or outside of the U.S. please email or call for shipping costs and options. If a item is noted it must be shipped via freight line, please include a phone number when placing your order as someone must be home to sign for the package when it is delivered. Shipping Charges: (For Continental U.S.)$0.01-$9.99 - $8.95 ReturnsAt Radford Chimney Works we strive for 100% customer satisfaction, if you for any reason are not happy with the product you receive we will be happy to replace the product or refund your money within 30 days of purchase: In the case that the product is defective: Notify us by phone or e-mail and we will have a replacement promptly shipped as well as a call tag issued to pick up the defective item. There is nothing wrong with the product, you simply change your mind: Notify us by phone or e-mail, then mail the item back to the return address on the original box. All returned goods must be sent back in their original packaging in unused, resalable condition. Please include a copy of the packing list. We regret to say that we cannot refund shipping charges in this instance. In the event the product has been Damaged During Shipping: When your order arrives, please inspect the outer packaging for damage. If outer packaging shows visible damage, please note this on your delivery receipt and inspect the product carefully if the delivery driver will allow you to. If the product itself is visibly damaged then please do not accept the shipment, and call us right away to notify us that you refused delivery. This allows us to re-ship your order and to file a claim with the shipping company. If the package is not visibly damaged but the item is found to be damaged after opening the package, you MUST notify us within 3 days, as we only have 3 days to file a freight claim with the freight company who delivered your order.
